To be eligible for the program, subscribers must meet either of requirements: 1) have an income at or lower than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines; 2) be enrolled in these programs:

• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps
• Medicaid
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
• Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
• Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance (BIA)
• Tribal Head Start If you meet the income qualifying standards
• Tribal Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
• Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
